Please use this form if you encounter a street light that is non-functional/is out.  Note that West Penn Power comes out during the day to make fixes, so it is important to be specific about where the pole is, because they will not be able to see the light not working during the daytime.  Many poles have numbers on them; these numbers are the best way to ensure the correct street light is being addressed.  When possible, PLEASE include the pole number when you fill in the form.
