COMMUNITY CENTER

There are no staff members who work directly out of the community center.  To reserve the community center or ask a question, please call:​

412-751-2880, Option 3 or stop by the Municipal Bulding during normal business hours.

Community Center rentals are on a first come, first serve basis!

Buildings are able to be reserved 1 year from the date of your rental. 

 

For example, if you want to reserve a rental on June 6th 2023 (Tuesday) the earliest you can reserve it is on June 6th 2022 (Monday) starting at 8:00 am.  If the day you want to book the following year falls on a Saturday (example: you want to book Saturday June 10th, 2023),  you may reserve it starting at 8:00 am on Friday June 10th, 2022.  If the day you want to book the following year falls on a Sunday (example: you want to book Sunday June 11th, 2023), you may reserve it starting at 8:00 am on Monday June 12th 2022, because we are closed on the weekends.

All forms along with a $100.00 security deposit are due within 5 business days of the date the hold was placed.  If the buildings are left in good condition after your rental, your $100.00 security deposit will be returned the day after the next commissioner's meeting. If you do not turn in your security deposit and required forms within 5 business days, you will lose your hold and someone else will be able to rent the buildings for that day.

 

Please turn in the following documents ("Rental Application Packet" on the bottom bar) along with your security deposit:

• Hold Harmless

• Rental Agreement

• Special Request Form (If applicable)

ONLY PHONE CALLS AND IN-PERSON BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED STARTING AT 8:00 AM.  JUST BECAUSE YOU COME TO THE BUILDING AT 8:00 AM THE DAY YOU WANT TO BOOK THE FOLLOWING YEAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE THE RENTAL.  IF SOMEONE CALLS TO MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE WE CAN HELP YOU AT THE COUNTER, THEY ARE ENTITLED TO THE RENTAL, AND VICE VERSA.  GRADUATION SEASON IS EXTREMELY BUSY AND ALL THE BUILDINGS ARE IN HEAVY DEMAND, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US. DETERMINING WHO GETS THE RENTAL DEPENDS ON WHO CALLS/SHOWS UP FIRST.

*The Elizabeth Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right with reasonable notice to waive fees at their discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing. Elizabeth Township residents receive a discount if they show proof of residence at time of application. A 50% fee reduction for rental fees only is offered to all non profit organizations that provide 501c3 tax exempt status documentation (must be provided with application). • Must be paid within 5 business days of booking to secure requested date

Alcohol Permit Fee/Liability Waiver: $100 / Per Day / Per Building

Hourly Rental: $35 per hour (2 hour minimum) + Security Deposit

• Hourly rentals are Monday through Friday only. Please check availability.

Scout Troop Rentals: $100

• From 10:00 am – 12:00 pm  the following day

Entire Complex One Day Rental

• Non Resident - $925

Building #1:
