Update on Waste Management Timelines

The new date for WM to enforce the automated can rules will be Monday, August 19th. You can disregard the July 15 date previously mentioned. 

WM wants to ensure all residents have their requested cans before enforcing the new system. 

There have been 100’s of edits from residents changing their minds as well as a much higher request for low volume cans than anticipated. WM is honoring these changes. 

The shortage of low volume cans from the supplier is the delay so please be patient if you haven’t been exchanged or received your 2nd can yet. We will update when they arrive. 

WM will pickup as usual until August 19th but the Township encourages everybody to start using the cans they do have to make the transition as smooth as possible on August 19th.
