The regularly scheduled Zoning Hearing Board meeting has been postponed until next Wednesday, October 5th 2022, to discuss the following two applications :
-A variance request from Mark Moses for a continuation of a non-conforming use at 504 Park Ave. The proposed use will be a restaurant and bar. The property exists in an R-3 zoning district.
-A variance request from Nicholas Hanratty to construct an addition to the existing residence at 551 Frencik Street. The addition will encroach upon the side yard setback requirement and will be situated within the Zone AE floodplain. The property exists within an R-C
The request from Hyperion (Olympus Energy) will not be heard at this time. The applicant has requested that the application be heard at the next regularly scheduled meeting. The Township will provide adequate public notice in advance of that meeting.
The October 5th public meeting will take place at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 522 Rock Run Rd., Elizabeth PA. 15037. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
