September 2024 Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

OFFICIAL NOTICE

ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP

ZONING HEARING BOARD

 

The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 7:00 pm to discuss the following applications:

 

-A setback variance request from David Lloyd to construct a pool deck closer than 20 feet from the rear property line at 312 Kennett Drive. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.


-A setback variance request from Michael Rodgers to construct a detached garage closer than 10 feet from the property line and closer than 10 feet from the principal structure at 173 Lincoln Hall Road. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.


-A setback variance request from Thomas Rothbauer to construct a swimming pool near his rear and side property lines at 148 Mount Vernon Drive. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.

 

The meeting will take place at the Township Municipal Building, 522 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth, PA. 15037. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
