PLANNING COMMISSION
The Planning Commission will meet at 7pm on Wednesday, September 21st 2022, to discuss the following applications :
-A request for reverse subdivision from Carl Schunk, 1120 East Smithfield St., to combine lots 553-S-253 and 553-S-242. The property exists in an R-3 zoning district.
-A request for subdivision from Vasko/Howell to create two parcels from lot #999-R-41 for conveyance. The property exists in a B-2 zoning district.
-A request for subdivision from Thomas Heinrich to create two new parcels from the existing parcel numbers 1269-D-142 and 1269-D-131 for possible future conveyance. The property exists in a R-2 zoning district.
The meeting will take place at the Township Building, 522 Rock Run Rd., Elizabeth PA. 15037, and is open to the public.
