PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission will meet at 7pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, to discuss the following applications :


-A request from the Riley family trust to subdivide parcel #1271-S-324 into two lots for the construction of a single-family dwelling. The property exists in an R-1 zoning district.

-A Land Development request from Justin Yarborough to construct mini-storage units at 101 Atlantic Ave. The property exists in an M-1 zoning district.



The meeting will take place at the Township Building, 522 Rock Run Rd., Elizabeth PA. 15037, and is open to the public.
