Open Solicitation Permits

Elizabeth Township currently has SEVEN open solicitation permits. The permits have been issued to:

• Giovanni Scampone - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

• Dariyon Brewster - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

• Chad Babick Jr - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

• Regis Pekar - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

• Wylie Spiher - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

• Aiden Rialti - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

• Gabriel Horne - Power Home Remodeling - expires 11/15/26

Parties who obtain a solicitation permit through Elizabeth Township submit a criminal background check and are issued a township badge that MUST be worn at all times. It is good practice to ask to see the township ID badge should someone come to your home. Utility companies (ex. PA American Water), are not required to have a township badge.
