Open Solicitation Permits

Elizabeth Township currently has SEVEN open solicitation permit. These permits have been issued to:

• James Plank with Comcast Xfinity; valid permit until April 25, 2026

• Jacob Kluge with Power Home Remodeling; valid permit until May 13, 2026

• Lucas Seybert  with Power Home Remodeling; valid permit until May 13, 2026

• Patrick Phillips with Power Home Remodeling; valid permit until May 13, 2026

• Elizabeth Sprowls with Power Home Remodeling; valid permit until May 13, 2026

• Jessica Personius with Power Home Remodeling; valid permit until May 13, 2026

• Lucas Gump with Power Home Remodeling; valid permit until May 13, 2026

Parties who obtain a solicitation permit through Elizabeth Township submit a criminal background check and are issued a township badge that MUST be worn at all times. It is good practice to ask to see the township ID badge should someone come to your home. Utility companies (ex. PA American Water), are not required to have a township badge.
