Parties who obtain a solicitation permit through Elizabeth Township submit a criminal background check and are issued a township badge that MUST be worn at all times. It is good practice to ask to see the township ID badge should someone come to your home. Utility companies (ex. PA American Water), are not required to have a township badge.
