Off Street Parking

Attention Residents:


We wanted to remind all of you of our Township codes related to parking.


Specifically: [Ord. 561, 6/1/1987; as amended by Ord. 894, 10/15/2012, § 1]


On street parking is ONLY permitted when off street parking is unavailable.


We are in the heart of winter which means accumulating snow must be plowed by our Road Department. The parking of vehicles on streets makes it hard for our Road Department to effectively clear roads, and also creates the potential for vehicles parked on streets to become damaged by the plows.


Please utilize off street parking if it is available, so that we can better serve our Township by clearing roads as quickly and easily as possible.
