Discussion:
1. Residential Roads – Speeding/Stop Signs – President Walls
2. Greenlight Go Grant Traffic Signal Update – Tammy Firda
3. Permits needed for yard signs along roadways - Commissioner Thoma
Resolutions:
4. Motion to adopt the slums and blight Resolution 2025-18 declaring that the properties submitted for demolition for Year 52 CDBG & Act 152 funding constitute a health and safety hazard to our residents and will undergo condemnation proceedings.
Expenditure Items (Roll Call Votes):
5. Motion to accept the recommendation of Tran Associates to award the GLG Signal Improvements Grant to the lowest responsible bidder Traffic Control and Engineering in the amount of $305,965.75 and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.
6. Motion to approve Change Order #1 to the 2025 Hot Mix Paving Contract A and approve the new revised contract amount of $212,972.04 and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.
7. Motion to approve the estimate from Squibb-It! LLC in the amount of $1,330.00 for the Boston Welcome Signs.
