ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold their October 2024
meeting on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 7:00 pm.
- A setback variance request from Eric & Nicole Bowser to construct a home addition closer than 40 feet from the rear lot line at 1657 Scenery Drive. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.
- A setback variance request from Mark & Lisa Prescott to install a generator on one of their front yards at 2000 Hankins Drive. This property is a corner lot and is considered to have two front yards. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.
- A setback variance request from Jeff Morgan to construct a storage shed closer than 40 feet from the rear lot line at 902 East Smithfield Street. The property exists in an R-3 zoning district.
The meeting will take place at the Elizabeth Township Municipal Building located at 522
Rock Run Road Elizabeth, PA 15037. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
