1.      Motion to ratify vote from October 7, 2025, to adopt Resolution 2025-19 to approve the Winter Maintenance Service Agreement with the Department of Transportation.

4.      Motion to approve the Township Bill Warrant dated November 3, 2025, in the amount of $614,371.18.

 

5.      Motion to approve the Sanitary Bill Warrant dated November 3, 2025, in the amount of $244,565.97.

 

6.      Motion to approve the quote from GrowMail to send out the Quality-of-Life Mailer to residents at a cost not to exceed $3,100.00.  GrowMail will take care of the printing and mailing.

 

7.      Motion to ratify the vote from October 7, 2025, to approve the Winter Maintenance Service Agreement between Elizabeth Township and the PA Department of Transportation.

 

8.      Motion to approve the contract and invoices between Elizabeth Township and National Code Inspection Agency LLC for PA UCC services and work on the High School Phase II project. The invoices will be reimbursed by the Elizabeth Forward School District.

 

9.      Motion to approve the Minimum Municipal Obligation for funding pension 02-111-4 N (Non-Uniform) for the 2026 plan year at a cost of $181,378.00. Notifications of this financial obligation were sent to the Elizabeth Township Board of Commissioners on October 9, 2025.

 

10.   Motion to approve the Minimum Municipal Obligation for funding pension 02-111-4 P (Uniform) for the 2026 plan year at a cost of $395,722.00.  Notifications of this financial obligation were sent to the Elizabeth Township Board of Commissioners on October 9, 2025.

 

11.   Motion to promote employee 1048 to a Class B Patrolman effective November 2, 2025, in accordance with the current Police Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

12.   Motion to promote employee 1049 to a Class B Patrolman effective November 2, 2025, in accordance with the current Police Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

13.   Motion to promote employee 1050 to a Class B Patrolman effective November 2, 2025, in accordance with the current Police Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

14.   Motion to ratify the vote from October 14, 2025, to allow Alexa Honick to complete 16 hours of observation with the Elizabeth Township Police Department at no cost to the Township.

 

15.   Motion to approve payment to Pennsylvania State Workers’ Insurance Fund in the amount of $22,344.00 for the policy period of 10/02/2025 – 10/02/2026 to provide workers compensation coverage to our Township Volunteer Fire Departments.

 

16.   Motion to ratify the vote from October 16, 2025, to use PDDM Solutions for our LSA, Fish & Boat, and Act 152 Grant Applications.

 

17.   Motion to approve the 2026 Tax Anticipation Note with Brentwood Bank in the amount of $1,200,000.00 with a 4.99% fixed interest rate and fees capped at $2,500.00 + UCC filing fee of $84.00 and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.

 

18.   Motion to purchase $50.00 Giant Eagle gift cards for all Township employees as done in years past for Thanksgiving.

 

19.   Motion to ratify the vote from October 22, 2025, to approve a one-time adjustment for sanitary account ETS10005001 in the amount of $231.80.

 

20.   Motion to approve the Easement Agreement between Elizabeth Township and A&P Convenience Corporation for the Green-Light-Go Project on Lovedale Road and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.

 

21.   Motion to approve the Easement Agreement between Elizabeth Township and CDP Realty, LLC for the Green-Light-Go Project on Lovedale and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.

 

22.   Motion to approve the invoice from Savisky Pro Turf in the amount of $2,900.00 for the Boston Rhino field maintenance.

 

23.   Motion to approve the disbursement of Act 172 Tax Refunds for the qualifying volunteer fire fighters.

 

24.   Motion to approve Pay Application 1 from PDDM Solutions in the amount of $31,542.19 for the Buena Vista Fire Hall renovations.  This will be paid for through the 2023 LSA Grant and the Buena Vista Fire Department.

 

25.   Motion to close the Elizabeth Township ARPA bank account through PLGIT.

 

26.   Motion to advertise with the intent of adopting an ordinance raising the Local Service Tax to $52.00 in Elizabeth Township.

 

27.   Motion to approve Pay Application 20 from PDDM Solutions in the amount of $2,049.95 for restroom exhaust fans at the Boston Fieldhouse.

 

28.   Motion to approve the quote from Intuit to purchase QuickBooks Enterprise Silver for four users at an amount not to exceed $4,500.00.
