OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

1.      Heracles Well Pad

Construction of the Heracles Well Pad and 1M, 3M, 5M, 7M,9M, and 11M wells was completed in 2023 and 2024.  The well pad and wells received prior conditional use approval from Elizabeth Township in 2022.  This new Conditional Use Application is being filed due to the recent subdivision approval.

Property Owners: Ronald & Margrete Lombardo, Allan Lombardo, and Cheryl Lombardo

Applicant: EQT Production Company and EQT Artemis Production LLC (c/o Kyle Kaminski)

2.      Heracles Pipeline and Interconnect

The Heracles Pipeline and Interconnect project completed construction in 2023 and 2024.  The Project received prior conditional use approval from Elizabeth Township in 2022. This new Conditional Use Application is being filed due to the recent subdivision approval.
