  1. Motion to approve Resolution 2025-07 to amend the Fee Schedule to reflect a price change on the rental of the

             Boston Ballfield.

 

  1. Motion to approve Resolution 2025-08 to appoint the Elizabeth Township Tax Collector as the Collector for Amusement Taxes.

  1. Motion to approve the Township Bill Warrant dated June 2, 2025, in the amount of $595,169.99.

 

  1.  Motion to approve the Sanitary Bill Warrant dated June 2, 2025, in the amount of $882,398.69.

 

  1. Motion to approve Pay Application 3 from PDDM Solutions LLC in the amount of $20,035.56 for work on the Municipal Building Addition.  This will be reimbursed through the 2023 LSA Grant.

 

  1. Motion to approve Pay Application 4 from PDDM Solutions LLC in the amount of $30,174.88 for work on the Municipal Building Addition.  This will be reimbursed through the 2023 LSA Grant.

 

  1. Motion to approve a one-time adjustment for sanitary account ETS10010142 in the amount of $80.48.

 

  1. Motion to approve a one-time adjustment for sanitary account ETS10052504 in the amount of $7,346.23,

 

  1. Motion to approve the standard flood insurance package through Wilson Baum Agency for the Boston Ball Field and Field house in the amount of $3528.00.

 

  1. Motion to approve hiring Abigail A. Gindlesperger as a police summer intern at a rate of $15.00/hour with a maximum of 8 hours per week.

 

  1. Motion to approve Pay Application 15 from PDDM Solutions LLC in the amount of $44,193.97 for work on the Boston Fieldhouse.

 

  1. Motion to approve the General Fund Insured Sweep Account with Northwest Bank.
