June 2024 Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 7:00 pm to discuss the following application:

-A use variance request from The Towers LLC to construct a 150’ high Communications Monopole Tower at 3221 Skillet Hill Road (Skillet Hill Stables). The property exists in an R-1 zoning district.

The meeting will take place at the Township Municipal Building, 522 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth, PA. 15037. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
