1.      Motion to adopt Resolution 2025-09 acknowledging the responsibilities to implement the planning, operations, and ownership of the Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan Special Study for the Pennsylvania-American Water Company’s acquisition of the Elizabeth Borough Municipal Authority’s sewer system.

 

2.      Motion to adopt Resolution 2025-10 accepting the Sewage Facilities Planning Module for the Rolling Hills Village Community.

3.      Motion to adopt Ordinance 981 to establish procedures for residential pool rentals.

6.      Motion to hire James Halyama as a Class E Patrolman beginning July 7, 2025, at the hourly rate determined by the current uniform collective bargaining agreement. Mr. Halyama is ranked #1 on the current Elizabeth Township Civil Service List.

7.      Motion to approve the Township Bill Warrant dated June 2, 2025, in the amount of $719,197.51.

 

8.      Motion to approve the Sanitary Bill Warrant dated June 2, 2025, in the amount of $503,589.98.

 

9.      Motion to approve the 2024-GEDTF-193 Contract for the Boston Road Improvement Project in the amount of $205,000.00 and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.

 

10.   Motion to reject all bid submissions for the Lovedale Pump Station Upgrades Contract Numbers 2025-01A & 2025-01B.

 

11.   Motion to approve a one-time adjustment for sanitary account ETS10010142 in the amount of $80.48.

 

12.   Motion to approve a one-time adjustment for sanitary account ETS10052504 in the amount of $7,346.23.

 

13.   Motion to donate $150.00 to the Saints Joachim and Anne Parish Community Festival.

 

14.   Motion to donate $500.00 to the Blaine Hill Volunteer Fire Department Annual Community Days.

 

15.   Motion to accept the release and settlement agreement between EMC Water LLC and Elizabeth Township in the amount of $2,544.78.

 

16.   Motion to accept the quote from Savvy Citizen in the amount of $3,490.00 to purchase the Savvy Citizen Software for a one-year term.

 

17.   Motion to approve the contract with Supernova Services for general maintenance services and authorize the proper Township Officials to sign all necessary documents.

 

18.   Motion to set new salary terms and conditions for employee #1087 as recommended by the personnel committee.

 

19.   Motion to approve pay application #15 from approved change order #15 to PDDM Solutions LLC in the amount of $58,423.00.
