ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP

ZONING HEARING BOARD

 

The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 7:00 pm to discuss the following application:

 

-A use variance request from Robert Swope to use the property at 242 Sandy Lane as a private residence. The property exists in an M-1 zoning district.

 

The meeting will take place at the Township Municipal Building, 522 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth, PA. 15037. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
