Resolutions (Roll Call):

1.      Motion to approve Resolution 2023-22 amending the sewage treatment and conveyance monthly rate structure to a $53.50 base rate per EDU and $16.65 per 1,000 gallons consumed in excess of 0 gallons base rate per EDU.

2.      Motion to ratify the vote from December 19, 2023, approving Resolution 2023-23 authorizing Greg Butler to submit a Statewide Public Access Grant application with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. The grant funding request will be for $194,000.00 and will include $97,000.00 in in-kind township contributions to satisfy the 50% funding match criteria. The grant is for construction of a walking path with benches and picnic tables along the Youghiogheny River near the Buena Vista Boat Launch.

2.      Motion to approve the Joint Municipal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with Elizabeth Borough.

3.      Motion to ratify the vote from December 19, 2023, to approve the settlement agreement with the Elizabeth Borough Municipal Authority contingent on the Elizabeth Township Solicitor’s approval.

4.      Motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding related to Public Works Laborer’s use of sick days.

5.      Motion to approve a two (2) year extension to the Police Services Agreement with Forward Township.

6.      Motion to ratify the vote from December 24, 2023, authorizing Elizabeth Township to submit a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) eRACP grant application naming Elizabeth Forward School District as the sub-grantee.
