ZONING HEARING BOARD

AGENDA


The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold their December 2024

meeting on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at 7:00 pm.


- A setback variance request from Harry Ashcraft to construct a carport in his driveway closer than 35 feet from the property line. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.


The meeting will take place at the Elizabeth Township Municipal Building located at 522 Rock Run Road Elizabeth, PA 15037. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
