Conditional Use Hearing

Heracles Well Pad and Heracles Interconnect Pad

The Elizabeth Township Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. on the following conditional use applications:  (1) application of EQT Production Company and EQT Artemis Production LLC for the Heracles Well Pad, 1753 Hayden Boulevard, and (2) application of EQM Gathering Opco LLC and EQT Artemis Midstream LLC for the Heracles Interconnect Pad, 1755 Hayden Boulevard.  Both pads are located on property designated as Allegheny County Block and Lot No. 1417-B-00143. The public hearing will be held at the Elizabeth Township Municipal Building at 522 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth, PA 15037.
