ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP

ZONING HEARING BOARD


The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday April 25th, 2023 to discuss the following applications:


- A variance request from Foulds to operate a contractor's business at 314 Lovedale Road. The property exists in a B-1 zoning district.


- A variance from Petty to construct a deck within the required side yard setback at 17 Colonial Drive. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.


- A variance request from Katchur to construct a fence in the required front yard setback at 105 Maple Circle Drive. The property exists in an R-2 zoning district.


The meeting will take palce at 7pm at the Township Building, 522 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth.


All interested parties are welcome to attend.
